Shipping Information

At easyfireplace we take delivery to our customers very seriously. We understand that our customers want quality products at the cheapest Internet prices, but that they also want their purchases delivered safely and as cheaply and quickly as possible.

We have two types of delivery;

For "boxed" fires (such as individual electric or gas fires) - Quality NEXT DAY Courier Services are used.

For larger, heavier or delicate items (such as fire surrounds, glass mounted fires, fireplace suites or full fireplace packages) we use specialist delivery companies who follow the basic rules as stated at the top of this section.  Delivery Schedule: For Mainland UK we aim to deliver your goods within 21 working days (now 14 days for most areas). Normally, delivery will be sooner than this, but to compensate for busy periods we set this as our general target.Please note that once you have placed your order you will be contacted by our delivery team with a firm date for delivery, normally within the above targets. If you are unhappy with your allotted date, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your specific requirements.

Next Day Service 

Most courier deliveries will be NEXT DAY to most of mainland UK if your order is received before 11.30 AM, Monday to Thursday. NEXT Day delivery to the more remote parts of the UK (such as postcode districts AB, PH, IV, PH etc.) and Northern Ireland, however, can take up to 2 to 3 days.

General Exceptions: Standard NEXT DAY orders taken before 11.30 AM on Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday. NEXT DAY orders placed on late Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. NEXT DAY orders placed just before or on Bank Holidays will also be similarly delayed. For example, for Good Friday/Easter Monday orders placed after Wednesday 11:30 hrs will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.

If for any reason the delivery can not be made through no fault of the carrier, a redelivery charge will be applied so communication is key.

The delivery will be made by a rigid delivery vehicle. If you have any concerns over access to the delivery point these must be raised at time of order or when delivery is being arranged. If the carrier cannot gain access on the day due to a small delivery vehicle being required a redelivery charge will be applied.

Your order will arrive on a pallet and the driver will offload by tail-lift where possible. To carry out this operation there must be a hard-standing surface. It is advisable to request delivery of your order at least one day in advance of fitting. If the delivery is delayed, we will not be responsible for any consequential losses relating to fitters etc

On arrival you must check carefully that the product has been delivered in good order and condition. You will be asked to sign that this is the case and we cannot be held responsible for damages which are reported after offering such a signature. If your product does arrive in damaged condition you must either refuse delivery or indicate on the delivery note that the goods are damaged.

Delivery charges will be allocated on checkout - £11.95 or £29.95

For all large deliveries ie. Fireplaces, Electric Suites etc that are down for delivery within 21 days (Most areas 14 days at present) at £29.95 we can arrange them for delivery within 3/4 days for £20.00 extra. Please ask for further details to arrange this.
